Exacta Group Announces Leadership Changes at Blackcore® and Exacta Technologies
The Exacta Group, parent company to leading technology brands, Blackcore® Technologies and Exacta Technologies, has announced a series of strategic leadership changes designed to support the Group’s next phase of transformation. Following a significant period of growth that delivered £22.3 million in 2025, the Group is targeting £28 million in turnover this year as it continues scaling production and meeting rising global demand for high‑performance hardware solutions.
James Lupton will move into the role of Managing Director of Blackcore® Technologies, continuing his long-standing contribution to the brand’s evolution into a go‑to provider of low‑latency, overclocked servers. Speaking on the announcement, James, the former Chief Technology Officer, said:
“I’m incredibly proud of the personal and professional growth that I’ve achieved whilst building Blackcore as the leading provider of high-speed servers for the diverse and growing needs of the financial trading industry. We’ve accomplished many significant milestones and have a lot of exciting initiatives taking shape for the next stages of this incredible brand.”
Alongside this appointment, Chris Landen will become Managing Director of Exacta Technologies, following 15 years with the business and previously serving as Chief Operating Officer.
Chris comments: “It’s been incredibly exciting to be part of the journey and growth that the Exacta Technologies brand has experienced over the past 12 months. It’s a real honour to step into the role of Managing Director and lead a dedicated team that is pushing innovation boundaries day in day out. I look forward to seeing the brand grow from strength to strength in the months ahead as we continue to elevate the service for current and prospective customers.”
The wider Group structure will also evolve, with David Osmond stepping into the role of CEO of the Exacta Group. Nick Rogers will take up the position of Founder and Group Chair, while Natalie Hick transitions into the role of Chief Financial Officer. These leadership changes follow a year of significant momentum for the Group as it strengthens its position as one of the UK’s fastest‑growing technology manufacturing organisations fuelled by surging global demand for artificial intelligence.
