Chair & Founder
Nick founded the Exacta Group with a clear focus on performance, precision, and long-term relationships. His experience and vision continue to shape the direction of the Group, ensuring quality and integrity remain at the heart of everything we do.
David Osmond
CEO
As Group CEO, David oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the Exacta Group. He works closely with teams across the business to support sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the Group continues to deliver at the highest level.
Natalie Hick
CFO
Natalie leads the Group’s financial strategy, supporting growth while maintaining strong governance and long-term stability. Her role is central to ensuring the Exacta Group continues to scale responsibly and with purpose.
Sarah Cusden
Company Secretary & HR
Sarah leads people and culture across the Exacta Group, focusing on building supportive, inclusive teams. She works closely with colleagues across both brands to ensure people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work, while also maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
Ellen Sanders
Marketing Manager
Ellen leads marketing at a group level, focusing on shared initiatives and brand direction across the Exacta Group. Her role supports Group-wide communications and strategic projects, while Exacta Technologies and Blackcore® Technologies operate with their own dedicated teams.
Ellie Jones
Finance Operations Manager
Ellie oversees finance operations across the Group, supporting day-to-day activity and ensuring processes run smoothly. Her work helps provide clarity, consistency, and strong operational foundations as the Group continues to grow.
