Community of Purpose CIC
A Bristol-based not-for-profit, Community of Purpose brings young people together through events, projects, and initiatives that foster confidence, teamwork, and inclusivity. Key Initiatives:
Bristol Together Championships
An annual football tournament for primary school children from across Bristol. The event celebrates diversity, builds teamwork, and gives children the chance to make new friends while learning respect and sportsmanship. Exacta Group staff volunteer each year, helping run the matches and ensuring the day is a success.
Bristol Young Heroes Awards
These awards celebrate the young people who have overcome difficult circumstances, made a difference to others, or achieved something extraordinary. The awards culminate in a special gala awards night, where young people, their families, and friends come together to celebrate achievements and inspire the wider community.

Grief Encounter
A UK-based charity, Grief Encounter provides specialist counselling and residential programmes for children, young people and their families who have experienced the loss of a loved one, helping them navigate grief and access vital support. Key Initiatives:
Our Charity Golf Day
Our flagship fundraising initiative, held at the stunning Manor House Golf Club in Castle Combe, brings together colleagues, clients, and friends for a day of golf, great food, and fun, all in support of Grief Encounter. The day includes a breakfast, shotgun start, afternoon play, a delicious dinner, charity auction, and prize ceremony. Since its launch in 2023, the golf day and a 12-hour charity tennis match have raised an incredible £77,00, helping Grief Encounter continue their vital work.
Direct Impact on Children and Families
Funds raised through the golf day support Grief Encounter’s free, specialist care for bereaved children, young people, and their families across England and Wales. To date, our efforts have helped over 529 children access counselling, therapeutic retreats, and tailored support during one of the most difficult times in their lives

North Somerset RTC
Regional football development centre, nurturing talented players and giving them the chance to compete nationally and internationally.
Ashton FC
Local football club sponsorship to support community engagement and player development.
Joe Retford
Sponsorship of professional golfer Joe Retford, helping him progress his professional golfing career.
